Evil Mastermind ‘Doctor Diesel’ has been scheming away to convert all Steam Engines into Diesels. Rumour has it, he’s already succeeded in his first experiment. What’s more, he wants to steal Lakeside Country Park’s precious Gold reserves to fund his future experiments and projects. Come and join our Superheroes ‘Captain Coal’ and ‘Water Woman’ in saving the day! Only with your help can we put a stop to Doctor Diesel, save the Steam Engines and protect our precious Gold!
Each Child will receive a Mission Pack, full of activities and quests to complete during the day. There will be our popular Drive a Loco experience available at the end of the Green. The Green will have a range of activities including Mr Wizard’s Magic Show, an opportunity to meet and work with our Superheroes to defeat Doctor Diesel, help our Driver’s fill up their Steam Engines with water, and more!
Access to activities on The Green and provision of the Mission Pack is by EVENT TICKET ONLY (see prices below). Single and Return Tickets are available for regular Train Rides only with no access to Event Areas.
